Been having a bit of a Blondie fest this week (lucky me!)
Blondie
Eat to the Beat
Parallel Lines
Plastic Letters
Autoamerican

Almost forgot how good they are and most of the tracks still stand strong today.

Just had email from Mr Bongo (Brighton) that the new Sault album is not officially released until the 15th October :(

Yeah, taking pre-orders now (I've ordered the vinyl) but quite a way off before it's released.

Floating Points, Pharaoh Sanders and the LSO - Promises.

Back round to this again. Very probably will be my album of the year. An absolutely incredible piece of work.

Also been blasting Dinosaur Jr's 'You're Living All Iver Me' and 'Green Mind' albums.

Indeed it is, on constant play in-house & the car 8-)

Nitin Sawhney 'Immigrants' is nice too.

Still love the Weather Stations effort from earlier, gets played a fair bit. I do like the Sault so that will get votes from me. Alfa Mist's Bring Backs is a bit special. Black Country New Road's For the First Time is up there too. Open Door Policy from the hold Steady is a return of form and a return of Franz Nikolay

Just started getting into M.dou Moctar's Afrique Victime... a bit too

Oh and last month or so can't stop playing Yasmin Williams - Urban Driftwood. Also as a bit of a Lake Street Dive fan I need to get round to listening to their new album

I'll check some of those out mate. Thanks. I only really know the Sault, Alfa Mist (which is great) and BCNR out of the albums you mentioned......
