Colin Murray is very fair with us and seems to like us. Last week he said so many would be desperate to see us fail, so true. Good to see someone telling it like it is when it comes to us.

Btw the "main" game is chosen before the matches and is broadcast overseas. Nothing to do with if we win or lose.
What I want from an owner: 1. Ambition. 2. Wage bill control. 3. Cut spending on loan fees. 4. Better scouting. 5. Get bigger fees for our best players. 6.No ego.

Colin Murray asked Stephen Warnock :

"How did the referee or linesman not give the penalty"

Also highlighted the foul on Cooper leading up to the Forest goal

Warnock questioned the height of team particularly at set-pieces....flick on header for their goal. Dawson had a free header prior to the goal.....Jansson a big miss to thwart aerial threats.

Warnock - "Bamford not in form, seems to have lost his confidence. Is Eddie Nketiah gonna be the man to score goals & put pressure on Bamford"

Any of us could have told them that. Where's our £50k for our "expert" analysis? :duno:

Lots of great teams have played with short centre backs ...We didn't concede many goals from corners last season and we won't this. Wouldn't have today if White hadn't been fouled. That was an easy call missed.

Whyte and Fairclough averaged 6' between them. Cooper and White are the same size as that pair

Think the height issue is wildly exaggerated to be honest ...

As for Warnock he's a 442 hoofball dinosaur, I'm amazed anyone trusts what he has to say.
GET IN THE BOAT AND ROW

Best starting 11 - Meslier - Dallas - White - Berardi - Davis - Phillips - Hernandez - Klich* - Harrison - Gotts - Costa

The height issue is not all about defence however it is plain for all to see that leeds have a problem in that area and its here for the whole season, Warnock is just letting the whole league know where our problems are . The height issue also relates to our attack. Crosses into the opposing area from normal play or set pieces are generally snuffed out by the opposition which is why Leeds have to rely on playing it through teams to score their goals therefore being weak in the air in defence and attack will mean we score less and concede more from aerial duals . I'm not only talking about direct headers , it's the second ball from knock-downs that's also important and already 50% of our goals conceded this season have come directly/indirectly from a set piece/corner into our box. A commanding 6'+ defender/attacker can be a saving grace at both ends of the pitch which Leeds continue to overlook... we'll see how costly this will become as the season wears on.

It was ex-Leeds player Stephen Warnock on Quest not Neil Warnock

Yes great coverage on Quest last night. I think Colin Murray is a closet Leeds fan.

To be honest I'm unsure Swannie

I was thinking Alan Peacock or Rod Belfitt but I'm unconvinced

I noticed Big Jack wasn't there who I believe is not very well health-wise

Colin Murray & Dean Ashton can see the problems

Leeds need to sign a striker in the January window

Bielsa is stubborn

Leeds would achieve promotion easily with a top striker

Spot on all on all three points

After a conversation with one our fans (he's older than me) on our travels to Preston the unknown player was Jackie Overfield who played for Leeds in the late 50's
