To be fair Chelsea have some great players but lack any guidance. Jackson Pollock springs to mind for that performance

Can we play Chelsea next instead of Citeh?
We've been through it all together. And we've had our ups and downs

This sums Lanpard up for me.

Thiago Silva has spent many many years establishing himself as one of the best cbs of his generation to the point in 2012 Franco Baresi described him as his "heir".

Lampard sticks him left hand side, Silva has always been a right sided cb.

He just sticks players any old how and hopes for the best.

No clue how to organise a defence so he stuck Silva in and prayed.

Good summary mate... that team will survive in spite of Lumpard though... I cannot wait until the day he is fired

Spurs 1 - Newcastle 0 so far. Dreary, slow game where Newcastle just haven't been able to mount any kind of sustained pressure all game (and 0 shots on target) but Spurs look like they're just happy to put in 50% effort instead of putting the opposition to the sword.

Newcastle awarded a penalty in stoppage time.

The handball rule is awful if that was a handball.

Not a Spurs fan, but they just got robbed.

Would be proper incensed if I were a Spurs fan, and not about the penalty. They should've killed this off long ago.

Carragher going ballistic in the commentary box. What another awful decision. Yes, Spurs just got robbed.

I know, isn’t it great?

2 points up on both Newcastle and Spurs, might come in handy some day. :)
