I'd rather go with Grealish, Sancho is another one that's overhyped.
Have to agree for England and I'm no Grealish fanboy like some but in an England shirt Grealish has been more impressive.
That being said ive watched Sancho for Dortmund quite a bit and he has real quality.
He is only 21, his stats are insanely good in Germany.
Tbf though you could stick prime Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Diego Maradona in a three behind Brazilian Ronaldo in a 4-2-3-1 and Southgate would still find a way to make it dull and negative.
I think Cjay's right Foden and Greenwood running at them could cause chaos, but still think we need Grealish to draw attention, pick up free kicks and pick passes.
Plus if we wanna go far Grealish will need to play and play well, so needs game time

He is the problem.
He is and you just know that when we get into a tight match, like France, Germany, Belgium or Portugal he will revert to type and bottle it with a goalie and ten CBS or dcms.
