Exactly. Berardi, Ayling, and White all performed better than we had any right to expect. A bit shaky at times, but in the end they kept another clean sheet for us. Outstanding. This sort of performance is getting us through the games we dropped last year when the injury bug bit. I'm much more encouraged by yesterday's result away from home than by the thrashing we put on Middlesbrough at ER.

Watched the match back, think i did Costa a disservice. He is so good at those 1 touch passes to keep attacks moving at pace, including for the 2nd goal. The length of the pitch in 9 touches is fantastic, great desire to from the players who ran the length of the pitch.

1st goal is best though :love:
