Edited, god, I'm leaving out whole words now ...
No, few others I could've gone for, but I listened to Spirit and enjoyed it.

Is this going to be the most convincing win by an album yet?!

I prefer the earlier stuff, Debut, Family and Clear but 12 Dreams is still good and hits a spot at times .. Family that Plays Together probably edges it for me and I stopped at Future games... Retrospectively because I was a little young first time round... 78-80 I think I was into them the heaviest, probably coz mates were into the Doors and I like to be contrary

California Blues is worth a listen imo, not least because it has Rachel Andes on it daughter of Matt, niece of Mark. Both Spirit alumni and also Jo Jo Gunn

I would think so, even though I love the CSN album I'm surprised it has won the '69 poll, let alone winning so easily, Nine of our players had nominated their album prior to me nominating CSN.

Michael Jackson "Off the Wall".

Would have gone for Gary Numan, and prefer him and his music, and he had 2 great.albums in 79, The Pleasure Principle and Replicas. Strangely, Joe Jackson also had 2 albums and also kinda "split" the hits between them.

Bit going for MJ...
