Something really simple for me

Cuppa tea & coffee

Whenever we return home we always put the kettle on & enjoy a cuppa tea

Whenever we are out & about the urge for a coffee is a must

Nature for me too, and regular visits to the sea. Music and books would be missed.

We love the nature side of life, visits to the sea are a weekly habit nowadays plus our two annual holidays by the sea are wondrous.

Music & Leeds United are a tough call for me, got to a stage in my life where I couldn't live with without either, although unlike Leeds music rarely lets me down.

Can't think of anything to be honest, lose something you love and you adjust. 15 years ago I might have said

Beer (Good real ale not the lager rubbish)
Fish and Chips
Hot buttered toast
Wholemeal digestives dunked in tea
Steamed Treacle pudding and custard

alongside music and books

All of which I had to give up 15 years ago.

Work, unlike most people I really enjoy going to work and without work I wouldn’t be able to do a great deal.
Don’t get me wrong I like to come home too and have holidays, I’m fortunate that I do a 4 day week (long days) and get 6 weeks 2 days holiday.

Other things, Leeds United, Yorkshire tea, Yorkshire Dales.

Trains for travel, especially to see relatives and the seaside - otherwise, forgive me faaip, the things you can no longer have.
Gingers, arrowroots and other dunkables, the fish and chips must be Yorkshire, nowhere else the same. Debbie can make lovely fried bass, almost as good as haddock so I'm blessed here but I'd still prefer to live in Yorkshire. Oh, and bacon sandwiches from Huddersfield railway station platform buffet with a hint of HP - quite making myself hungry here.

Well I guessed the correct artist but I thought it was going to be "Reasons to be cheerful".
I think IDATB were great!

Yes work is great Rich, gives you aims, perspective & a balance in life. I intend to work as long as possibly I can whilst I remain healthy, then I'm not drawing out of my savings.

And MUSIC! MUSIC! MUSIC!
Use to have porridge with golden syrup, cut much of the sweet stuff out these days, now have either pear or a banana plus a yogurt with my porridge.

Can't live without my music!
