Always liked him as a player, integral part of the team.

He has always been very good but was almost criminally under-appreciated by TC at the start of his Leeds career and I don't think PH knew what to do with him either.

A few of us on here could see what a player he was before TC banished him, and that has been borne out by his performances under Bielsa. Currently irreplaceable.

TBF - TC shipped him out before PH arrived and he returned after he was sacked. 3-4 more wins under PH had he had Klich to use...imo

We know we can win without Phillips now, wonder if the same could be said if we lost Klich. I think he gives Phillips a lot of time and space to do what he does. He's as key to Kalvin's form as he is to the clubs
