Our 23's are playing Stoke. It's live on Stoke's You Tube channel:

Am I right in thinking that anyone who plays tonight wouldn't be able to play on Wednesday in the cup game due to covid bubbles etc.

I was hoping to see a strong side tonight, that Bielsa would only hold back players he wants to use against Hull.

But that's an interesting question. Theyre training with the seniors. It did matter in the EFL Cup but that was an Under 21 game. I would think U-23 would be the same rules

I would have thought that due to the close proximity of the matches that anyone that played is in risk of getting covid from any of the opposition players and as such wouldn't be able to play then on Wednesday as that seemed to be the reason why we sent the U9s B team out in the tinpot trophy last week. But don't know if that is the case here.

Decent looking side:

Caprile, Gotts, Drameh, Hosannah, Huggins, McCalmont, Jenkins, Stevens, McKinstry, Gelhardt, Greenwood

Leif Davis is only one missing that might have played, so probably involved in Carabao Cup. Bubble questions still as to whether the likes of Gelhardt or Gotts can be on the bench against Hull

Stevens off to Swindon soon I think on loan ..
I wanted to flash this watch, I flash it all the time. It's my antique pocket watch and it makes me look British...and I need that for my analysis. It is a gorgeous gold pocket watch however and I'm very proud of it. You see my grandfather, on his death bed, ..sold me this watch!

Just realised Ryan Shawcross is playing for their U23's, he must be at least 35 years old

Leeds look good on the ball. Lots of movement and transition. McCalmont and Gotts work the midfield well. Stevens busy on the right. Drameh looks like a decent center back. Gelhardt and Greenwood looking busy up front. Huggins looks a bit lost on the left and McKinstry not really getting involved.

We played well in the first half, probably about 70% possession. Muscled out at the corner and a bad mistake that led to the Stoke penalty (not sure who gave the ball away). Good stuff just lacking execution at both ends
