YorkshireSquare wrote: Thu Sep 17, 2020 8:38 pm Annual costs for domains, hosting and software licences come in at about £250 currently. There are probably other smaller ad-hoc costs throughout the year. Time wise I probably spend a couple of hours a day on admin, writing, publishing the site through social media and development or troubleshooting technical issues.

We’ve just moved hosts and increased our hosting costs slightly, we’ll see how that copes with the rise in demand I expect this season but I’m hopefully it will be more than sufficient.

I’ve been blown away by the response today to be honest, it’s been incredible. Costs, not taking into account my own time, are nearly covered. I’m hoping with any ad revenues generated from non- contributors we will be able to more competitions with prizes.
Thank you for the insight of the costs involved Adam

It's blatantly obvious our members love the MOT forum, great to see so many members contributing to the cost of running the site :supbo:

2 games and we have set this league on fire - although I look forward to discussing a dull 1-0 victory - nah - enjoy the ride!!

Just a reminder ahead of the new season, if you appreciate Marching on Together and the friendly environment we provide to for Leeds fans to meet and discuss all matters Leeds United then why not consider becoming a site contributor. Providing this service costs money in terms of hosting, domains and software and time in terms of development and administration work. As such we offer you the opportunity to become a Site Contributor. Our subscriptions last for one year and we have made a range of rates available, choose whatever you can afford. Contributors will have an ad free experience (provided you are logged in), get a Site Contributor rank on their profile. Hopefully with crowds back in the ground this season we might have some ticket giveaways again, usually for the cup competitions.

Help make Marching on Together the best Leeds United forum on the internet and take out a subscription today!

I'm not sure the system was sending out notifications of expiry, but quite a few subscriptions expired last week.

You should be able to manage your subscriptions from;
