Puffins al a creme

Post by liggy »

Cooking with me
Throw a pair of puffins straight into a pan of Northumbrian olive oil
Add mushrooms and onions if they try to fly
Bash the little fookers
Now reduce the stock and throw in some Razor shell this will allow the flavour to flourish
A little tip here put a bath towel over ya frying pan
Incase the puffins get a had

Have ya greggs stottie at hand throw the little buggers straight in.....ebjoy

classic recipe but one ingredient is missing... that is HP brown sauce.

also here's an additional tip for you every recipe can be improved by adding a slab of butter or half a pint of cream.

as nigella says low fat will kill you.
