Negative: We got caught out a couple of times in the first half pushing forward (which I like) but then turning the ball over too easily. If we do that next week we will get punished severely.
Totally agree. Thought Koch looked class at the back. Rodrigo was instrumental in the 2nd half - had 2 key touches leading up to the goal

Positive: Bielsaball has no respect for bogey sides. In recent years it seemed bogey sides would beat us no matter how well we had been playing prior to playing them, how good/bad our team was or who our manager was. The way we play seems to be able to take the sting out of opposition who are 'up for it.'

Negative: None that others haven't already mentioned.

His saves today should give him a lot of confidence. I was a bit worried by his performance last week and it would be very easy for a keeper, especially one so young, to lose confidence but today his saves were excellent.

Both were world class saves, Meslier didn't put a foot or a hand wrong today :) mature performance from such a young keeper

Same from me.

Corners - Why does everyone bomb into the six yard box at the same time?
Surely if just one of our players made a late run or held back (penalty spot area) we’d have more success?

Positives - Marcelo knows how to bark - all the players respect him and know how to receive the bark.
Negatives - ask me if/when we lose

So to hard to choose from todays positive's... so many, but let's go with...

Pos - Meslier... Go so far as to say that this was his coming of age performance.

Neg - Sadly have to say Robert's, he is running out of time to hold his position in the squad.

Positives- A clean sheet, love attacking football and goals but you have to defend well and keep clean sheets.

Negatives- Roberts, needs a loan at the very least because atm he looks out of his depth in this league. Dont think his age can be an excuse because Poveda at least looked useful whereas the game passed Roberts by again.

Roberts has to hold the record for being the most subbed player at half-time, never seems make the best of so many opportunities :(

He has some talent imo but I'm not sure its enough to be a Premier league player?

21 years old but plenty of players his age and younger make an impact in the Prem.

He hasnt really done much since the games restarted after lockdown.

Generally just been a filler until Pablo could come on or today for Rodders, never seems to make the most of his minutes.

1 goal and 1 assist since the games restarted and he has played 45 mins or more in practically every game, its not good enough.

Maybe to early to sell him but especially if a cm and winger come in he should be the one to lose out and go on loan?

Judging by the bench it would be a toss up between him and Poveda and imo id rather see much more of Poveda given the choice.

I'd almost forgotten Roberts - nice lad and tries but doesn't seem settled.

Positive - I’ve wanted a new Keeper for months, Meslier has finally convinced me we don’t need one.

Negatives - Roberts needs replacing still, Pablo is not the answer, I feel he is finished.
