Portuguese and Brazilian media suggesting Manure are making significant moves for Raphinha and his future will be discussed with Orta and co by Deco (Raph's agent) in March.

Personally selling Raph shouldn't be up for discussion at all this summer.

It should never be up for discussion with them lot.

Do what Villa did with Grealish and Dortmund did with Sancho.

Set a £90mil price tag and say their is no room for negotiation, thats the price.

Absolutely spot on. I think it's just agents stirring the pot with the media towing. I think fans should write to Radz and Orta saying the same.

His agent Deco has said he's happy playing for Leeds and happy with this group of team mates and is only interested in playing football.

Reading the reports, the one aspect that rings alarm bells is that Raph is in almost daily contact with his best mate Bruno Fernandes.

So Fernandes is signing for Leeds, excellent :)

Tbf, Phillip's and Robert's were besties with Ben White, but Brighton held out, so should we.

If we sold Raph it really would send out the wrong message, unless it's £80m and it buys 4 players

If he insists on going I agree 80/90 mill... but you need someone to build a team around and we have two young ones who what I call franchise players Raph & Mes... fabulous foundation (along with Kalvin of course )...IMO must keep both at all costs

Tbh, not sure if it's frustration at himself or team mates but he does have a look at times that says ffs.
If the club show ambition with new signings then why leave.
His agent did mention the clubs ambition of European football, so there's obviously things going on behind the scenes.

It must be difficult for him, he seems to have a good relationship with Paddy and Costa but he must sometimes get so annoyed at his teammates wasting the chances he creates.

If the club show proper ambition and add 4 or 5 players closer to or at Raphs level that would show him we are building something.

Players like Raph are hugely competitive and strive to be the best.

The club need to show they can match his ambition.

His miss against Southampton was worse! Think we should really highlight some of these errors and dim the lights on him for a while :shhh:.

I read a few posts expressing concern that Raph lost the ball on Saturday ( which is true and they scored their goal as a result)

But I just loved what he was trying to do, he reminded me of the young Ronaldo who was trying all sorts of tricks on the pitch when he was at Old Trafford. Some of which went outrageously wrong but Fergie wisely just let him get on with it, he was still learning his trade, learning on the job as it were. Raphinha is just finding his feet in the PL, as are we.

Leeds need to do two things this summer.

1. Pin this young man down to a better contract.
2. Draft in a player or two who are on his level.

I have no problem with what Raph did, teams lose possession when they try things. The goal came down to three things, a bit of bad luck for the deflection, Ayling not stopping on the line to block and whomever was responsible for picking up the runner ...

To be fair to Raphinha he raced back in an effort to atone for his loose pass.

Our defence should have done much better to snuff out the blunts runner & not leaving McBurnnie & Osborn unmarked especially as we had at least five defenders in our box.

You're right Ian we do need two or three new players at his level.

He has posted a picture on social media, heavy strapping on his leg.

Hope he is ok.

Probably from when Fernandinho took him out with no attempt whatsoever to get the ball.

Those are the sort of challenges that do the damage and deserve red cards
