A mate of mine ran into one in the dark and it totaled his bonnet and the passenger side of his Dodge Ram.

Very lucky guy to walk away from that one :shock:

I never actually saw a live one during 7 years in Ontario.

Did see a Lynx though, beautiful and fierce creature. It stopped by the road as I pulled in to get a photo of it. I was gonna get out to take a snap, but after a quick look at it's face, I though umm maybe not :shock:

I have seen live moose up close.

They are unnaturally large. I managed not to soil myself, but it was an effort.
