Temperatures that low are expected in Norway, Iceland, Finland, etc

Some areas of the UK were as low as -12 which is incredibly low over here

Snowing here :(

The last time it snowed in November, the white stuff last six weeks way into January (about ten years ago)

Inch or so down, and falling fast in the Peak District. 25mph wind, and I've just heard thunder.

Quite surprised to open the curtains to a decent covering of snow as it was raining heavily at midnight with howling winds. Forecast is for more snow this morning with a strong wind which isn’t good news for the poor mobile tyre fitter who’s got all 4 tyres to change on my wife’s car.

Lovely clip Rab, haven't seen any red squirrels in a long time.

Seen a few grey squirrels of late living in rural East Yorkshire.

No snow here in Cardiff, but the wind has been howling all night and still is this morning.

Woke this morning to find next door’s wheelie bin been blown out of the front of their garden and into the back of my car - which now has a nice big dent in it :roll:
