Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
Going to be long lists when you get to outfielders...
Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
You've drawn the best straw Cjay building a premier league team whilst I'm erecting the worst ever Leeds United XI, once all is revealed it will need pulling down like Quarry Hill Flats
Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
I'll just have to chose the worst of the worst
Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
I like several of the keepers. Loris, Pope, Martinez for example.
I went with the guy with the worst tattoos ever.
Ederson.

Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
Allison and Ederson supposedly at the top of the tree I guess, with De Gea’s reputation seemingly on the slide (although on his day still a world class keeper).
Outside of the normal suspects I think Darlow at Newcastle has been a stand out this season, notwithstanding the Toon have been playing poorly. Without his performances they would no doubt have been more heavily defeated on several occasions.
But, have gone for Nick Pope at Burnley as think he’s got an excellent all round game and is still improving, with no obvious weakness, good distribution, shot stopping, coming for crosses/corners and commanding in his box.
Should be England’s no.1 ahead of Pickford IMO.

Thanks for the heads-up. I must have forgotten to submit it,Muppet the Cat wrote: ↑Tue Jan 26, 2021 12:08 am You must have pressed the wrong button then Bob as only a vote for Pope and `De Gea when I voted.
I almost went with Pope (yes he should be in for Pickford).
Ederson has proved it over the years and he could probably teach our Messi how to pass out from the back.

Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
Meslier as he's the only GK I've seen 20 plus times play a complete game.

Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
All round for me has to be Allison
Best with his feet is Ederson.

Ederson for me although I'm happy with our young lad Illan
Darlow was a serious consideration for me too!

Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
I don't know enough to choose one, as I haven't seen all of every game, and I'm not sure who half of them are. Even during a match, I'm only really watching what Leeds are doing.
Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
I have gone for the main man. Illan Meslier. A snip at £5m
For a 21 yr old kid and with the way we play he has been outstanding. I would be a bag of nerves playing behind our makeshift defence. I love the way Meslier just blames everone else.
And like Sara i haven't got a clue who most of the others are. I keep hearing the name Martinez at Villa, so he must be doing well......Snip at £17m?

Re: Best Premier League Goalkeeper poll.
I was certain that I voted for Lloris Cjay over the last day or two, but when I reviewed the vote this evening he has no votes. I couldn’t vote tonight so it’s like I’ve been registered as having voted already.
It could be my mistake, but he was the one I wanted to vote for, if it can be changed - no big deal if it can’t be.

Can't change it mate since the Poll is closed but thanks for trying to vote.Boo Radley wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 11:48 pm I was certain that I voted for Lloris Cjay over the last day or two, but when I reviewed the vote this evening he has no votes.
