Wilsden, well that lasted all of 5 mins , Blundell Park, Grimsby (although I think it’s actually in Cleethorpes - which as evidenced by the photo, probably has the most disgusting brown colour sea water I’ve had the misfortune to dip my toes in)
And for a bonus point, who can name the Leeds player who signed on loan for The Mariners in 2018 ?

Remember going to a pub at the top of the road before a pre-season friendly. Local old geezer sat on the wall outside clocked the Leeds shirts and said "You're not welcome here!" Walked inside and it was rammed full of Leeds fans!

Re: Name the famous sports stadium/ground
Haven’t been there for 40+ years and it doesn’t look as bad now. But on the sole occasion I visited, in about 77/78, with Lincoln City, it was probably one of the most crap grounds I’ve ever been to.YorkshireSquare wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 9:38 pm Remember going to a pub at the top of the road before a pre-season friendly.
