Post by 1964white »

Positives - A joy to watch today

Negatives - Spurs getting a undeserved equaliser.

So many positives performance wise that it's hard to pick on ahead of the others, so I'm going for the return of Phillips and Raphinha

No negatives

Plus - that team that the kneejerkers castigated as s**t last week played Spuds off the park.

Minus - Not much really bar the equalizer which I thought was a Llorente missed tackle
21/22 team - Meslier - Ayling - Huggins - Koch - Llorente - Phillips - Dallas - Raphinha - Harrison - Klich - Rodrigo

Positives. Third goal. Koch to Raphinha to Rodrigo £69M plus addons for that goal :)
Negatives. Again a full house misses out on a day full of memories

Positives: Beat the horrible Spurs twats.

Negatives: Roberts, hopefully he will be moved in the summer, I know Fiaap will be distraught 😩.

Positive: If I have to pick one, it’s the play of Koch and Struijk. Next year is looking bright.

Negative: Can’t think of a one.

Plus - A memorable all round team effort...

Neg - if they were any, so minor to mention and spoil a very good day.

Positive - back to a total team performance, defending and attacking, for the first time in a while. Quality all round.

Negative - really reaching for something here -possibly still not maximising our goal return for the quality of our attacks.

Pos - great turnaround from last week. Today we put more passes together in the average move than we did all game last week. Just shows how the human/psychological aspects of sport cannot be understated.

Neg - see Boo Radley above, how the failure to convert easy chances can put the result in jeopardy. Had Kane been adjudged onside we could have been discussing a far different outcome.

Positive - Played Spurs off the pitch in the first half. For the first 20 minutes or so I didn't even know that Bale, Kane and Son were playing.

Negative - Despite how well we played first half were millimetres from being 2-1 down

Positive - Struijk and Koch look like they could be top performers for the next few seasons, and Koch looks like he can be an excellent DM when needed. I wonder if Phillips can be played as an 8 now and again as an experiment ? Before he was pushed back to being a DM he used to score a few goals from midfield I remember.

Negative - we inadvertently did Chelski a favour...

Would keep KP as the DM simply because he brings a more attacking side to the role due to him being a midfielder in the role rather than a defender in the role.

They played like s*** last week, and I think they’d be the first to tell you.

The players aren’t s***. What was so disheartening about last week was that players that were capable of turning in today’s performance turned in such a stinker.

Can't agree John, awful reaction here last week to a loss,
