How much have the scousers missed Van Dijk?

Bielsa muddled through with injuries so why didn't Klopp?

Honestly, I see Bamford nicking the ball off him and scoring in that very first game and I'm not so sure. That said, there are too many other players in that team not performing to the same levels as last season, it can't all be on Van Dijk's head.

Speaking of which though, not having him for set pieces has cost them goals this season without a doubt.

I would think so, he's a threat offensively at set-pieces.

At times they have been playing with two young lads at the back or their midfielder Fabinho used as a CB.

Alexander-Arnold, Robertson, Firmino, Mane & even Salah all somewhat disappointing this season

I know this is one of many scenerios but for Leeds to get into Europe we need to win our last 3 games and hope Liverpool lose matches including tonight's fixture? So are we wanting a win for  at home tonight?

Let's face it, we love success for ourselves and drama for everyone else by default, so that would cover both outcomes. :)

VVD is somewhat akin to what Phillips is for us... they have not only missed his ariel threat and defensive ability, but also his distribution and control of the back 4 ...

Liverpool players have warmed up wearing grey t-shirts with "Jordan" on the back, all with the number seven.

Jordan Banks, 9, was killed after being struck by lightning during football training this week.

Fantastic victory for the scousers at the Theatre of Sh*te last night

Score could have been 5-9.

I thought Liverpool had blown a Champions League place but with three relatively easy games to come I wouldn't them out.

West Brom (a)
Burnley (a)
Palace (h)

Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign French defender Ibrahima Konate, 22, from RB Leipzig on a five-year contract.

Liverpool's hopes of signing Udinese's 27-year-old Argentina midfielder Rodrigo de Paul have been boosted as AC Milan may no longer be interested in a deal.

So all forgiven and forgotten about trying to form a Super League?

Sky pundits like Neville falling over themselves about the drama and the last day excitement, forgetting all talk about points deductions that would surely see Leicester reinstated in the CL spots...
