Re: Leicester Thread
The Foxes have won both the First Division/Premier League & the FA Cup for the first time in their history over the last six seasons, bearing in mind Leicester were in League One only 12 seasons ago.
Just goes to show what a club from notoriety can achieve.
Are Leeds following the same route?

Re: Leicester Thread
I am just so glad they beat that vile club and won the cup for the first time . It will mean so much more to them and their fans than it would to that other lot .

Re: Leicester Thread
Leicester breaking the myth of the sneaky six gives us some hope of what can be achieved. A club that seems to be run really well with an owner and fans aligned in a common goal. Hopefully we can join them soon in these successes by taking a realistic part in cup competitions as well the league.
Re: Leicester Thread
Leicester are more of a top 6 club than Spurs and Arsenal, two sides on the way down. Hopefully we can follow their lead.

Why bump the thread unless something has happened of note involving this club?

Leicester closing in on RB Salzburg striker Patson Daka.
34 goals and 12 assists in Austria last season.
The level is questionable but the Red Bull clubs specialise in finding gems and flogging them (Haaland, Mane etc).

Leicester complete the signing of Zambian striker Patson Daka from RB Salzburg for a fee of around £23million.
He has scored 54 goals and got 16 assists in the League in Austria in just 4832 minutes which gives him a goal every 89 minutes.
The standard isnt the highest but its a phenomenal record.

Re: Leicester Thread
Leicester defender Wesley Fofana has confirmed he suffered a broken leg during their pre-season friendly against Villarreal.
The centre-back, 20, was caught by a reckless challenge from Fer Nino and had to leave the pitch on a stretcher.
"It is a bad day today but I am in a tremendous club with a wonderful medical team," he posted on Instagram.
I hope Fer Nino doesn't nobble one of our players on Saturday
