Re: FPL Competition
So when do you play your wildcard?
I assume you don't play it when your team is in good form.
And play the wildcard when you wish to make multiple changes.
Do you lose any points when using the wildcard?

Re: FPL Competition
You can play the Wildcard chip twice per season.
First chip needs to be played before December 28th, or you'll lose it.
It doesn't cost you any points and you can make unlimited changes before the first match kicks off in the gameweek in which you use it
If your teams doing well fair enough, and you could keep it and use it before the deadline. Have a look at the match schedule, see if a team has easy fixtures coming up, players making lots of points, etc.
Also, the changes are permanent.

Re: FPL Competition
Well I'm guessing I'll be dropping down the table after this weekend, having forgotten to make any changes

Why make changes when your team is performing well, Cat?Muppet the Cat wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 10:27 pm Well I'm guessing I'll be dropping down the table after this weekend, having forgotten to make any changes

Re: FPL Competition
You can also play your free hit chip once per season and that just changes your team for a single gameweek. After that week it goes back to how it was before you played the chip.
I would use this chip in a week where teams are catching up on fixtures due to cup runs, eg you might get City, Chelsea and LiVARpool playing 3 matches in one game week.

Re: FPL Competition
yes I was a bit conflicted about putting him into my team since it was against the Leeds. still I was just following my philosophy of having as many different players from different teams in my team to maximise points.... and no manure players
I should have made Concello and Gallegher capt and vice capt...hindsight... there is always next week.
Re: FPL Competition
Think my ff team is cursed.
Aubameyang 1 assist for Saka goal and VAR rules it out.
Penalty and he misses so instead of my what 10 points? I get -1

Re: FPL Competition
Average game week points is 42 and I get 51 . . Yaaay Cjay I think.
Look at the league and 11 people did better and I am further away from the top
You are all to good it's not fair

Re: FPL Competition
You are just behind Faaip, Bob & myself, plenty of time for you to move up the table, Cjay.
I'm relatively happy with my 9th position at my first attempt in a Fantasy League

Re: FPL Competition
Yeah, it's a bit of fun and a distraction from Leeds, not to be taken too seriously.
