Positives & Negatives v Southampton (a). Please let me know if you find a positive?

Positive: Gelhardt finally getting on, although MB probably will use that as an excuse that he isn't ready yet and not pick him again.
Negative: Surely this is the "wake up and smell the coffee, the players are not good enough" moment, but alas I seriously doubt it.
