Spreading the word

It bit childish I know, but made me giggle, as I was waiting patiently this morning for a representative in currys, I put Leeds Utd home page on 6 computers in a row, just to 'spread the word' like :tup:

Years ago in Manchester airport I took a small pile of Leeds magazines and put one it front of every Manure display in Smiths.

Small victory I know, but looked good 😁

Done the same in a newsagents in Ipswich :lol: as you say, years ago...

I know it's not Leeds related but as a massive Jane McDonald fan (cue hector :lol: ) I used to put her CD's over other artists CD's in Tesco's, again, quite a few years ago before downloads/Amazon etc....

That was probably the year she had record sales. 7 CDs in total I think😀

I think I would sooner come out as Ben Whites gay friend than admit I like Janes squeeling voice
