Re: Summer 22/23 transfer and squad discussion thread.
Let's not put cart before hoss. Owner and manager first, or else what will we be buying and selling for?
Given it seems Angus is doing all three board roles at the moment, I can't see much happening anytime soon. But then again he doesn't have the programme notes to write.
Those two months to the start of the season feels like a ticking time bomb.
Then again Radz might bring Orta back as a consultant for the summer, given his own attention is now distracted?

I think this will be a busy thread in the coming weeks, but as you say until we name our next Manager, and the ownership becomes clear it is difficult to know where to start. Time is of the essence of course, as other teams will be making preparations at the moment.

Don't build your hopes up Scoobs, he's gone managing Uruguay.
And as for our incoming transfer deals, expect sweet fa.
Still being proven right years on.

Been reading online Charlie Cresswell has a relegation release clause in his contract. Hope this is not true, who the hell would be stupid enough to allow that with your best young players?

Relegation clauses are linked to relegation wage cuts.
Every player insists on one when there is the other.

But odd if we insisted a 19 year old with hardly any first team minutes has a relegation wage cut clause.
Stupid really.
And in doing so allowed it to include a low release clause as it would invariably be

Just googled Charlie Cresswell. Seems it's being reported by a group called 'MOT LEEDS NEWS'. Not sure they're in the know and/or reliable.
