Gelhardt, Hjelde, Bate & Firpo currently the top four to go out on loan.

Gelhardt isn't in the match squad and nor is he playing for the U21's so it makes sense for him to have a loan. Even if he gets back into the match squad he's only likely to get 5 or 10 minute cameos at best.
The same could be said of Cresswell but with Cooper's injury record, Charlie is likely to be needed at some point.
Bate needs to be playing league football as does Hjelde.

Bate, Hjelde and Gelhardt. I also went with Bamford to see if he can rediscover his mojo, and Poveda who seems a long way off the first team now having had a decent start to the season and looking like he might feature.

I don't see any of that lot on loan again, they've been tried before, like it or not, next time they go out the door it will be for good I'd assume.

Gelhardt, Hjelde & Bate heading out on loan are popular choices.

Let's face it, they've hardly had a sniff in the first team.
