FA Cup
The draw for the 3rd round of the FA Cup takes place tomorrow during the build up to Eastleigh v Reading on ITV. This was one of those occasions going back to my childhood that was greeted with much anticipation. I remember sneaking a radio into school to listen live, usually on a Monday. Sadly these days it’s lost all its magic.
No doubt we’ll be drawn away at some lower league club and duly be knocked out!

Re: FA Cup 3rd round draw
I'm feeling lucky this year, we will get a home draw
Re: FA Cup 3rd round draw
Let’s start another competition, ‘Guess Who We Draw In The Cup’. Winner gets a Blue Peter badge, a Crackerjack pencil, a Jim Fixed it For Me badge or for our younger viewers a Rainbowrich_leeds64 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 12:58 pm The draw for the 3rd round of the FA Cup takes place tomorrow during the build up to Eastleigh v Reading on ITV. Just talking about this on the way home from the game.
Give us a biggie at home please, Scum, Chelsea or Spurs.

Re: FA Cup 3rd round draw
A lot of predictions for an away draw, understandable given our track record.

Home to Man city.
Ampadu v Phillips.

Re: FA Cup 3rd round draw
We'd have to tighten up, should we draw one of the top prem teams.

It will be an away tie in London as per usual. I'll go with Brentford.

Very funny Cussie.
For a well earned rest and a chance for Phillips to catch up on all the first team gossip.

That was gonna be my choice too
Re: FA Cup 3rd round draw
Maidstone Town or any League 2 team at ER please.
A draw where we can rest some of our players & still make the 4th round
A drawn top PL team would mean we'd have to start our best XI
