Struijk not Wober should start, Struijk being our best centre half and of course Bogle is replacing loanees Djed Spence and Conner Roberts. Not Archie Gray who's have been our 8 this season

Yeah losing Struijk seemed to mess up the whole structure of the team because the midfield suffered without Ampadu in it. Gray seemed to play a lot of minutes at RB though? Regardless, I think Bogle will be an upgrade. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Sun Aug 04, 2024 6:33 pm Struijk not Wober should start, Struijk being our best centre half and of course Bogle is replacing loanees Djed Spence and Conner Roberts. How confident are you of getting promoted?

I can't see Blackburn finishing bottom though, even without Szmodics.
More likely to be someone like Oxford.

We're very like England, the best or one the best teams but the German Southgate at the helm... if he loosens the reins he put in place last season. I'm 90% certain we can go up. As it stands though 2/3 injuries would cause havoc, still a good team but the bench stripped bareEFL View wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2024 6:21 am Yeah losing Struijk seemed to mess up the whole structure of the team because the midfield suffered without Ampadu in it. I really like John Eustace and I think he's well-suited to managing a car crash team but the squad is very poor on paper.
Oxford have quite a wide range of potential outcomes - their signings are young and exciting. Can see your point (and it wouldn't massively surprise me if you're right) but think they could ride the wave a bit and start well enough to keep themselves up.
