Become a site contributor for the new season
Become a Site Contributor
We have been the place for Leeds fans to meet and discuss all matters Leeds United for over 16 years but it’s not just about the General Chat, there are plenty of other things on the site. Keep up on the latest Leeds United news via our blog or Twitter. The latest stories appear on the homepage or you can check out our database for statistical information on Leeds United and club history. More to come on this during the season.
Providing this service costs money in terms of hosting, domains and software and time in terms of development and administration work. The site has been funded over the years thanks to generous contributions from our members and more recently from advertising. Unfortunately ad revenues have dropped in recent months whilst costs have risen. We appreciate that not everyone likes the adverts, as such we try to limit the number of them on the site and the inconvenience they cause when browsing the site.
To help support the site in a different way we offer you the opportunity to become a Site Contributor. Contributors will have an ad free experience (provided you are logged in), get a Site Contributor rank on their profile.
Help make Marching on Together the best Leeds United forum on the internet and take out a subscription today! If you have already signed up or renewed and dont see the 'Contributor' title under your profile let me know, not sure if PayPal is talking to the forum correctly.

How do we know when a renewal payment is due without trawling back through bank accounts?

You should get a renewal email 7 days before the subscription expires, then a grace period of 7 days after it epires.
Looks like yours was 5th August.

I have paid a contribution, thank you to everybody for all the hard work that goes into keeping this the number one LUFC thread
Re: Become a site contributor for the new season
Yorkshire can you confirm you got my contribution. I used Apple Pay - which was an option on my renewal notification. I effectively paid as soon as that notification popped up.

Re: Become a site contributor for the new season
Funny thing: I became a contributor just over a year ago. Then I hardly came on here lol (due to some stupid fallouts). Anyways I came back around 3/4 weeks ago putting the past behind me and deciding to ignore any argumentative threads completely. Within a week or 2 of coming back, I was sent a reminder to re-contribute (which I have done). I'm here to stay now...

I’ve just chucked some money in the pot, well my Mrs has as I don’t have PayPal
Do I need to do anything else as I’m still getting the adverts and the ‘site contributor’ thingy hasn’t come up.
I can’t remember what happened last year when I chucked some money in.

Thanks to everyone who works so hard to make the forum enjoyable. Especially valuable for us who are across 'ponds' and so don't get the Elland Rd experience. I also value many of the clearly knowledgeable football fans, from whom I learn a lot (even if I do piss them off sometimes
