I found myself drifting off a little in the second half. The match had that laboured feel to it again. We had enough moments to have won Two games but wasn't meant to be. Qpr were dire and we really should be hammering these poor sides. As it is another 3 points i guess, so job done in the end but it will quickly be a forgotten performance.

Meslier 5: Didn't have much to do it terms of saves but him and his besty Pascal really need to sort their communication out.
Bogle 7.5: Just shaded it for Motm with his goal. Got into some good positions and all our best play came down that side.
Byram 5: Wasn't quite at the races today Sam. Poor passes and control galore.
Rodon 6.5: I thought the defence seemed a little complacent today. They had a couple of chances they shouldn't.
Struijk 6: Not his best today. Poor communication with Mes on Two occasions and a few overhit passes.
Tanaka 6: His least influential game so far. Too much safe stuff today. I missed that pass at the end that nearly cost us.
Rothwell 7: Tried to get us moving forward. I want to see him driving through the middle more it really opened things up when he did on the one occasion.
Gnonto 6: Just another average performance from Willy.
Aaronson 6: Starting really well hitting the bar from range but disappeared second half. Lucky to stay on.
Solomon 5: One lovely turn into space that set up a attack but i expected much more from him.
Joseph 5: Put himself about with a couple of runs with the ball but he's not looking like that composed striker we say against Chelski. In saying that tho we haven't got the skill levels we had last season without Ramaz.

Guilavogui: Decent cameo.
Piroe: Lovely finish.
James: Got us on the front foot.

We are missing a Strachan, Roy Keane type of nasty Captain to have a go at the lads when it gets a bit pedestrian.

Meslier - 7 -Faced no shots on target but commanded his area well and distributed positively, pushing the team forward
Bogle - 7.5 - Took his goal really wee and was very positive going forward while never being caught out defensively
Byram - 6 - Early yellow card and some pretty questionable fouls came close to leaving us in bad shape going forward. Lackluster.
Rodon - 8 - QPR had zero shots on target. Joe, as usual, was a rock
Struijk - 7.5 - Defensively sound, could have done better with a couple of heading opportunities
Tanaka - 8 - Watch the game you don't see hi. Watch him you see the game.
Rothwell - 7.5 - All over the place, in a good way
Gnonto - 7.5 - See Rothwell
Aaronson - 8 - Outstanding first half, very unlucky not to score. Went walkabout a bit, but with the game on the line in the last ten minutes he stepped up and took control.
Solomon - 6.5 - Meh
Joseph - 6.5 - See Solomon



Schmidt - 7 - Looked really good in his cameo. Beautiful work to set up Piroe's goal
Guilavogui - 7 - Think he may be forcing his way into the lineup
Piroe - 7 - Did precisely what he was brought on to do
James - 6.5 - Added a lot of energy to the side when he came on but not much else

Also comments which are just so incorrect " Bogle - 7.5 - Took his goal really wee and was very positive going forward while never being caught out defensively" I saw him out of position a number of times and the last time nearly ended up with QPR scoring

I have seen ratings between 4 & 8 for Byrams game today.
He was terrible and should have been dragged.
He needs to learn the offside rule for a start & a couple of dodgy throw ins too.

Bogle played well. Was very good going forward. He had to do very little defensively as we were dominant for most of the game. We kept a clean sheet, he scored a goal. He was one of our 3 best attacking players in the first half. He had a good game.

My scores are always a tad higher than anyone elses... There's no rules for this here. Byram's 7 means above average, which he was. IMO

I seldom comment on other peoples scores as I've no clue how they get to their ratings.. Depends on your starting point, mine is 6. I keep a track on another part of the forum adding and subtracting points or half points as I go.

so if we lose 4-0 but our players tried you would give them each a 6 ! My ratings would be 3 or 4

Bogle played well. Was very good going forward. He had to do very little defensively as we were dominant for most of the game. We kept a clean sheet, he scored a goal. He was one of our 3 best attacking players in the first half. He had a good game.

Leeds United will never please some fans even though we won comfortably 2-0.

Some of them think we are Liverpool, Citeh or Arsenal, who all have their hiccups too!
