No, Bornauw is as good as Bijol and thought Justin was superb v Everton on the left tbh

Yes but only in the case of more options, otherwise I agree with the previous post.

Not having key players available always has an impact. The bench is lighter for a start.

Justin has been a revelation in his seven starts.

Does Bornauw have the same goal threat as Bijol? we don't know yet!

Bijol has a presence at both ends.

Are Arsenal experiencing an end of season wobble... are the wheels coming of their bid for the title... let's hope so.

Sun, Jan 25, 2026: Arsenal 2-3 Manchester United (Home) → Loss
A shocking defeat at the Emirates, where Arsenal led early via an own goal but were pegged back. Manchester United sealed it with a late wondergoal from Matheus Cunha (around 87-88'), denting Arsenal's title momentum and ending their strong home record.

Sat, Jan 17, 2026: Nottingham Forest 0-0 Arsenal (Away) → Draw
A frustrating goalless stalemate against a solid Forest side, where Arsenal struggled to break down the defense despite chances.

Thu, Jan 8, 2026: Arsenal 0-0 Liverpool (Home) → Draw
Another stalemate in a high-profile clash, showing defensive resilience but a lack of cutting edge in attack.

It will be extremely tough whoever we field and whoever they field.
Most of their bench would walk into our starting 11.
A point would be excellent, 3 points would be unbelievable

We will miss Bijol when defending corners I think.

Our bench is much weaker in comparison to the established PL teams, let alone the top six.

Off the bench vs Leeds

£140m - Everton
£70m - Fulham
£180m - Newcastle
£43m - Manure (only one sub used)
£142m - Liverpool (a)
£210m - Liverpool (h)

Weaker from the bench, but some would argue Daniel doesn't use his bench anyway 😂

Would like to have Bijol for their set pieces.

Having said that, they carved right through us in open play at The Emirates, so its not just about set pieces.

Yes, every player we lose due to injury is one less option. Ideal scenario we have everyone fit & competing for places.

Some would disagree as its sheer nonsense!

He made three subs vs Liverpool with Tanaka equalising in the 96th minute.

And three subs against Fulham with Nmecha scoring the winner in the 91st minute.

Then he brought on at Everton which backfired on us, with Ao responsible (twice) for their equaliser.
