Not as an attacking mid... We even commented here a number of times we never replaced Saiz even when we had Pablo.

Apologies, I'd forgotten about the frustrating Saiz.
5 goals in 53 appearances.

I can't recall myself raving about him too much, more like tearing my hair out in frustration. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2026 8:59 am Not as an attacking mid... We even commented here a number of times we never replaced Saiz even when we had Pablo.

So instrumental in that Bielsa team.
Where would we'd have been without him?
Even Cjay keeps on posting up the Pablo thread in 2026.

I thought Saiz was magic, but Pablo was El Mago.

That's ok it's a one player poll anyway, my vote not needed... Love Pablo, but he got my right wing vote. Sometimes you get two legends at one position

Not so easy this one.
Rodrigo had his moments
Klich was immense and probably is worthy of a vote
Georgie was great fun to watch and had a season as good as Pablo ever had that one season.
Saiz was really good for us briefly as well, shame how it ended
But Pablo is legendary
Carried us at times for multiple seasons well into his 30s even as his body started to give out.
So Pablo
Even if others could easily have been voted for
