Another knock to the confidence. The thing is with the Saints they play out from the back regardless so if you get the press right you can hurt them like we did for our goal but when they beat the press there is acres of space to run into the midfield and carve us open.

We need to somehow hit the reset button, clear the decks and hope we can muster up some confidence from somewhere... Its a big ask.

Meslier 5: One good save i remember with his legs.
Byram 6: Sam had a decent first half linking well with Willy.
Firpo 3: Hand in both goals.. altho the first he was marking 4 players at his back post.
Rodon 5: Whatever structure we had as gone. We luck like a team of individuals when defending now.
Ampadu 5: See above.
Kamara 6: I thought Glenn did ok whilst he was on.
Gruev 5: Is he dynamic enough? Does the basics ok.
Gnonto 6: Made some decent runs but fluffed his lines.
Summerville 7: Tried to make something happen but usually had 2, 3 players to beat.
Rutter 4: Set off ok then faded badly again. We have zero creativity without him.
Piroe 6: He put the ball in the back of the net albeit with a slight deflection.

Joseph 3: One run of note.
Roberts 6: He has presence which we badly need.
Gray 3: He's not been great for a while.
Anthony 4: A bit lightweight but could be useful in the PO
Gelhardt 3: The forgotten man.
