It's no good spending big money on players who may not be good enough should we go up.

We spent £16m on Piroe, personally I don't think he is good enough to play in the Premier League, I maybe wrong!
If he can play "Fox in the Box" it might be different but playing the role he is being asked to is not doing him any favours. If there was another string to his bow it would have been evident by now I'd have thought.

At the moment though, I agree, he looks like a good Championship player and no more albeit being played out of position.

Sounds like you’ve had your box rattled, wif.

I’m not going to mention the fact that the apostrophe comes before the word space, not after. Oh bugger, I just did.

It backfired on him though as we conceded three goals at the St Mary's, something we haven't done since, yes we have lost games by the odd goal, but we've never looked like we concede a hatful.

The point I was making, apart from, we never look like conceding three goals with Rodon at the heart of our defence.

LUTV web site is screwing up and won't process payment.

They had better get that sorted soon.

Byram makes the bench but Firpo gets the start. Still no Pascal so Ampadu will sit next to Rodon, I suppose

Byram the most likely next CH in line, followed by Gruev

As expected, but that’s a good thing.

Let’s see what the Rutter Bamford axis looks like. Exciting

Should be lots of crosses in too!

It’s a team game and piroe will benefit from the break.

He will come back fully fired up.

Bamford looks the most lively we’ve seen for over two years. It’s not just 2 goals. It’s that there’s a chance we have the 2020 version re-emerging.

Quite a big test for Gruev this, especially if he asks Kamara to push on and Firpo goes chasing the sheep.

All eyes on Gruev, Ampadu and PB for me.

Closely followed by the rest of the team.
