Who is this manager? That can make sense of it all. No one on here has the answer and it isn’t Slam Fluffydice.
They’ll probably do a Bielsa and give the new bloke 12 games or whatever.
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

Radz is purely and simply a businessman that knows jackshit about footy and thinks he's hired the bes, i've said it all along.

If i could get to speak to Radz i'd open his eyes, and if i could confront the clown i'll guarantee a fight would break out coz i'd show him up for what a fraud he is and he'd come at me with fists.

And i would love it and drop him like a stone.
 You crack me up Kenny.

I'd be happy to see one of the 3 idiots go head to head with a Leeds fan on one of the YouTube channels. 8-)

We won't spend in January, so they'll wait until February to make a change. And pin all the blame on Marsch.

If I went down that road, my pals would accuse me of being a glory fan which is clearly not the case over the sixty years I've supported Leeds.

I was slouched on the settee watching the Leicester game, yesterday I was stood in the kop amongst friends bored out of my skull as were our fans around me, many of them headed to the exits with fifteen minutes to go, I stuck it out until the end & watch our players trudge around the pitch with theirs heads down. Walked out of the ground with my old pal Steve (the original White Riot on here) having a sombre conversation back to coach/car parks.

There's good recruitment & in our case some very average/poor recruitment.

Our three Spanish expensive internationals have been poor for much of their time at Leeds.

I'm sorry but i think this is for the best.

I hope Liverpool give us a proper thrashing and they have to act, i hope i hear our away fans reacting how i know they will, they are the best, and the 3 pricks will have nowhere to hide, but please give the most shite to the fraud.

I thank Radz for his initial work, but please fck off into the sunset now with what you can, and take those theiving ba***rd 49 er's with you with whatever profit they can make and please please please someone come in that loves footy or better still leeds.

I know his feet are itching to run with as much as he can, we ourselves need it asap before we're back in the Championship

That's a ridiculous argument/statement. It is like me saying I don't like this strawberry milkshake but I will keep drinking it because the only alternative is to eat sh*t. There are plenty of managers out there that I would expect would do better certainly better than 2 points from the last 8 matches where realistically we should have been capable of taking points in at least 7 of those matches - it wasn't like we had a run of Man U, Liverpool, City etc.

Several posters have made suggestions that on paper look far better than Marsch.

That was a question not a statement. Hence ? at the end.
Amongst all the talk of new managers no viable alternative has been put forward. Perhaps you’d nail your colours to the Big Sam mast? That would be similar to eating s**t or certainly watching s**t

Such as? And don't say Poch or Tuchel.

Haven't we only conceded once against the greedy 6 so far this season? Everyone said we'd get hammered by Arsenal and that never happened.

Brendon Aaronson - 24.7M from RB Salzburg/USA
Rasmus Kristensen - 10.0M - RB Salzburg/DEN
Mark Roca - 10.4M - Bayern Munich/SPA
Darko Gyabi - 5M - Manchester City/ENG
Tyler Adams - 20M - RB Leipzig/USA
Luis Sinisterra - 21M - Feyenoord
Sonny Perkins - Free, but tribunal will set comp for Wham
Joel Robles - Free
Wilfrid Gnonto - 5-10M undisclosed - FC Zurich

That's around 90M worth of talent coming in.... Most of whom are doing the business and the others likely to do the business once that get their chance

So lets say we keep Raph and Kalvin (who probably still wouldn't have kicked a ball for us this season, and would have to displace Adams when he was fit enough. Meaning Raph was the only real loss he'd slot back in to the right wing slot) We'd have spent 240M over 3 seasons for nothing back and only be Raphinha better off

Board for failing to invest in the team.
Orta . Who only wants to sign kids or wingers.
Marsch. For not using Geldhardt. And for thinking tacktics are little white mints

I voted the board as that covers all bases but recruitment (none-recruitment) and bad purchases are also to blame. it's obvious that we have no money to spend else we'd have a new #9+LB. What money we have spent has been wasted (£100m on Rodrigo/Costa/Llorente/Firpo/James). Again is that Orta/board? Out of those 5 I mentioned, we would not miss any of them. The reason we have no money to spend is because we already spent it on those 5.

I don't have the answert as to where we go from here but this is how I see it: if we don't strengthen in January, we are getting relegated. Radz has gambled too many times and this year it is one gamble too many. Just shows how well Bielsa did getting 3 years out of mid-championship quality players (I would never doubt that). I believe Bielsa was too proud to ever mention how bad things really were: he really was a magician with the players he had.

Marsch is not Bielsa and he cannot get the players to play it seems. That said, the players Jesse has bought in are just about our best players. Not looking great is it? If Radz has no money to strengthen, he needs to find a buyer in January so we can build to stay in the Prem...

I voted the Board because todays malaise is a result of a few seasons and not just the last one.

For me one of the biggest errors of the Board was not replacing Henandez when it was obvious he only had a short term left. He was THE player that got us promoted.

It was all magnified when we did next to sod all at recruiting last season and surprise surprise, we make some good signings this closed season and it wasn’t enough.

I've blamed the players.

In the end it's their job, no one else can do it, they practice for it daily, fail, and don't seem to give a s***.

They still get overpaid, and can deflect responsibility onto the manager.

Not that Marsch is blameless.

But in the end, it's the players who aren't winning us the points we need.

We never really reppaced Saiz: and for a short time, than man was a revelation (I use that word too much on here lately)! If we could get someone like him with a better attitude, it would change this team...

Went for Orta because he is ultimately responsible for the footballing side.

He scouts the players, he chooses the manager, he picks by default the playing philosophy.

His recruitment with us overall has been poor, his Premier League recruitment has been poor.

His decisions on managers have been utterly bizarre.

TC with his Barcelonaesque style to Paul Hecky with his crap hoof ball style made no sense.

Bielsa to Marsch is the same.

There is a counter argument that without Radz and Orta coming on the scene we would still be scraping by in the championship.
Expectation is always higher than reality in football.

But if I had to choose - I would also pick the board because with the benefit of hindsight they have in truth blagged it after appointing Bielsa.

You mean without Bielsa getting promoted with Cellino signings. Those two frauds have always rode off that for years and seemed very bitter they didn't get as much praise as him.
