We had Bielsa. I always found it strange why we were not making the most of his connections with the Worlds best Footballing country.

Don't be surprised to see Leeds United linked with American international CB Aaron Long. The 29 times capped 30 year old is out of contract with RBNY and available for free transfer in the January window. He was on the USA World Cup squad but did not feature. He suffered a torn achilles in 2021 which knocked him out of our starting eleven.

As a depth piece that would not cost us a dime it might we worth it. He's good on the ball. Intelligent. But I don't see Long as an upgrade to any of our CB's. If English clubs are interested it is more likely they are Championship clubs. And that is probably his level.

Got this awful feeling we will wait and wait and wait for Bamford to get fit.

Then January 31st we pay well over the odds for Hwang Hee Chan.

Has all the hallmarks of that Dan James transfer.

Bamford out for "extended spell" according to yesterday's news. Haven't heard any kind of timeline.

That means we have to plan for the worst case of not having him all season.

Surely they will replace Klich?

I know what Marsch says but that is just him being a yes man, can't possibly believe we have the players already to replace him.

Cm is 2 players short with Klich, quality attacking midfielder and a 3rd option in the Roca and Adams role.

But surely they aren't going to continue the LUFC tradition of weakening 1 area of the squad every window?

And no matter what Wober or the club say, he is a centre back, don't even think about trying to fool us into him being a midfielder (bloke isn't even a proper left back).

Cm Radz, thanks.

Being linked to a child left back . . . . .

AZ Alkmaar left back Milos Kerkez.

Only 19 and this is his first season as a first team player, done well apparently.

3 goals and 6 assists, quite a few of those in European competitions.

That'll do me.

Sign him up (6,7,8th time lucky at left back Victor)

Marsch talking about how multiple players (none of them cms) can replace Klich.

He really is Radz and Orta's wet dream manager.

They've groomed him well. I am sure they will recommend that Llorente plays cm or play the uninspiring Koch there. This team truly lacks the quality required for this league. Those jokers need to sell up and f**k off.

Well given that Marsch only saw Klich as a bench player than it is hardly a surprise he thinks almost anyone can replace him.

Don’t wait for him, will be injured in his first warmup. JM go and buy a striker who is actually fit and scores ! Nearly cost us last season and fear the same…

How many goals does Rodrigo need to score to be considered a striker that's fit and can score ?

Absolutely think Rodrigo should be considered our first choice #9 for the remainder of the season. And none of this fooking around with a false 9 and Rodrigo on the wing. Rodrigo is a striker. And, now he's been given the chance, he's shown a great ability for scoring goals.

I'd rather see a #10 coming in now than a #9.
