My dad and I always play death bingo on a Thursday (when the local paper comes out with the obituaries). He’s 86, knows a lot of folk, so I read the death notices and he shouts bingo if he knows anyone.

He got one this Thursday, someone he used to work with

We ran our own death pool competition in the office, presumably the same as above the age of the deceased being deducted from 100 to give a score ?.

After a couple of years, we added the ‘joker’’, which was a family member who you expected to pass away.

First time I have read this thread. Interesting content.

In terms of Pele, I actually agree with Sockerist. Was he the greatest player ?? For me - Perhaps of his generation, but the game constantly evolves and making comparisons is very subjective IMO.

A similar debate is attached to Ronaldo, R9 or Messi regarding who was the best.

Who is the greatest player to have worn our shirt, I am sure this will divide opinion as well.
