I misread this as cucarachas, which naturally left me wondering what kind of restaurants you were running.

Not too arsed where he goes really, we got shot as his tactics were sending us down. It’s not the fans fault we brought in a dud as a replacement who looks to be doing the same thing.

At least if he does go to Everton they can use the Gordon money on Daniel James, Tyler roberts and costa.

Seeing him in the Everton dugout would be a kick in the guts, but he owes us nothing, especially the way Radz and co handled his, albeit merited, sacking.
Same here
And I agree with you re Everton and Radz Nick

This to me is how braindead some are about him.

Move on nothing to see here

He's no longer anything to do with Leeds, so I don't give a flying where he decides to work

Why? 2 of them are players he brought in, in James case he was after him for 2 seasons. Roberts was a regular starter for him for 3 years until injury struck - if he didn’t rate them why the hell did he buy them and subject fans to their terrible performances for so long?

These three don't believe Bielsa is interested in the Everion job.

They make some good points for their scepticism of this appointment.

Bielsa goes to a club whose owner has money.

Be afraid.

Roberts had less than one injury free season.Did his knee Bielsas first season.
Returned in the second two games before the COVID break.
Played the third when we finished top 10.
Was part of the car crash season 4 until injury.

Costa was part of the Championship winning side. Played his part.

James was being played as a 9.
Only him can be viewed as a poor signing.

It's not for nothing that two clubs in the Prem want him.

In fact I'd have him back so I wouldn't have to put up with the current coach and the shite he serves up each week both on and off the pitch

Bielsa prefers a pre-season to prepare a team.

A rolling contract.

A supportive board.

I felt James was undergoing a Bielsa tutorial. Don't forget that he came in at the end of thet transfer window so Bielsa had no chance to give him a pre-season of learning how he wanted him to play. Putting hi in the striker role, for me, was just part of his development as part of a longer plan and also because the opportunity arose due to Bamford being injured and Rodrigo also being injured or not really being suitable for the no.9 role in a Bielsa team. How many players have City bought and then they've been poor in the first season as they get used to a completely different way of playing before then becoming good/great players. Happened to Aguero, Mahrez, Bernardo Silva and others with mroe recently Jack Grealish having a nothing first season before beginning to be more influential in his second season.

I think Marsch only saw James as an out and out winger which doesn't fit his system. I'm not sure exactly where Bielsa saw him, my feeling would be as a ball carrying midfielder like Samu Saiz was, a player able to get the ball depp in our half and run with it, at speed, cutting open the opposition likea knife through butter. He would then also have the confidence and knowledge to know where the striker wanted the final ball, so it could be played to him without having to slow the move down, or be able to drive in and shot himself.

If Bielsa went to Everton I wouldn't be surprised to see him be interested in continuing his project with Dan James. Not the silly suggestions about Tyler Roberts, Costa etc as Roberts was already at the club so Bielsa had to try to make the most of him and Costa was about as good as we could get in the championship and the only way it semed we could get him for no cost initially was to agree to pay the fee if we got promoted. Likely if we hadn't been tied in to do the deal that Bielsa would have probably told us not to make the deal permanent - and note it was Bielsa's decision to send him out on loan - which with Bielsa signals that he doesn't want the player.

According to the media after photos of him arriving in the UK were published.

Apparently that photo was taken at Bolivia airport six months ago.

Maybe, just maybe Dan James just isn’t very good. I mean not a top notch player . No harm in that but still he’s pretty average from what I’ve seen. Even Swansea fans think that

He may be, not like Bielsa has form for making average players better.....
