Interesting with Koch suspended for the next match. Leaves 2 options. 1) We have a left footer playing centreback with Wober partnered by Cooper or Struyjk or 2) Jm moves Ayling to right centreback so he can play his signing Rasmus at right back.

That would be typical of Marsch, play a wing back at centre back and a centre back at wing back

but we've yet to see Wober play right side and some CB can play both well so Wober - Coop maybe a good partnership

Indeed they can, would be useful if he can although don't think he will benefit from being shifted back and forth. Definitely takes a few matches to adjust properly.

Max will be alright, he's two-footed, look how he adapted on his debut playing a midfield role.

Llorente makes us all nervous mate, holds onto the ball far too long, either looking for a telegragh pass or a get out clause passing the ball back to Meslier.

Wober is completely the opposite, two footed, accurate passer & as was the case vs Accrington when the ball was played over the top Max over head kicked the ball back into the opponents half, not passing back the ball putting Mes under pressure, saying more or less "you deal with it"

You could see when Llorente was warming up, the gloomy look on his face. If he can't make the first team vs League One opposition, it's time for him to move on.

This obviously escalated quickly after the game on Saturday. I doubt they would have risked playing him if a move was on the cards.

You have to adapt as a sportsman, that's what training/practice is all about. I'm adept playing backhand & forehand as a bowls player, haven't tried playing with my left-hand, but I'm pretty sure with practice I could adapt quickly.

He's left footed with the ability to use his right foot occasionally.

It should in theory be simple enough for a cb to swap sides, but it isn't as we've seen before

I’m not unhappy with this news. He is a weak link in defence for sure and, as I’ve said before, he still makes me nervous whenever he gets on or near the ball. I wonder whether, if Roma decide to buy him, we will lose money on the deal, I can’t imagine that they would be prepared to pay anything like £17m. He may prove to be a better player in another system and/or in a slightly less competitive league where there is not quite as much strength in depth, but he has been found wanting in the Premier League, in my opinion.

I agree with the comment about less competitive league suiting him better. I just feel the Premiership is too fast and frenetic for his style of play. There is a decent centre half in him but one that is better suited to a much slower type of game.

Excellent news in my view, a weak link removed and hopefully another highly rated youngster coming in. I would recall Charlie Cresswell for cover also, as he is getting little game time at Millwall. For now I would keep Pascal at LB and play Wobber at CB with either Koch, Cooper or one of the youngsters depending on the injury situation. Definately not Ayling at CB. If we can get our defence more secure the signs are looking good, the front line is now full of exciting talent and options. All down to Jesse now to steer the ship.
