Or know he doesn't have to fight for his place.

I hope Bamford can stay fit and find the net, otherwise we will be thin on the ground. We may come to regret the Joffy loan if Bamford gets injured, which is a concern considering his last 18 months.
I did post on here about the Rodrigo injury rumour, but no one took a blind bit of notice, all too busy arguing about Bielsa & Marsch, more to come now, I suspect.

Both Rutter and Joffy are 10s so neither is a good replacement,

Stupid to bring him on against a bunch of cloggers when the game was won

Lot of pressure on biscuit legs Bamford now and inexperienced Rutter

I heard on good authority about his injury on tuesday. For me this goes to prove how much Jesse is out of his depth in this job.Ther was no need whatsoever to bring him on when we were leading 3nil.We now have to hope Bamford can stay fit something he has struggled to do for the past two seasons.Expect thje club knew about how serious this injury was so what was the sense in letting Joffy go out on loan.

Been saying it for years. Risking players against cup team cloggers is just plain silly. Sigh......

Summerville clattered at both Eiche & Cardiff & out for weeks after each game.

Didn't see what had caused Rodrigo's injury at Accrington :duno:

Absolute lunacy bringing him on last weekend with the game won though.
Indeed it was, sheer lunacy. At 3-0 up it was a perfect opportunity to give the young guys a run out not to bring on Rodrigo and Aaronsen. I will no doubt be accused of beating Marsch with yet another stick but you can't beat someone with sticks if there aren't any around and Marsch seems to be living in a forest.

I saw your post. Felt there was no need to comment at the time in case it wasn't true as it would have just been seen as some cheap shot at JM's decision making. It is one thing risking Rodrigo from the start of the match to try and ensire victory but to bring him, and Aaronsen, on when 3-0 up was an extraordinarily silly decision. Emphasises my point that our manager is the weakest link at the club and is doing more harm than good.

doesn't seem two minutes ago we were bemoaning a bag full of attacking riches. Now we're back to praying Paddy doesn't click a finger nail. Im looking for a shaking head emoji.

Why did we let Gelhardt leave if we knew Rodrigo was out for 2 months?

Especially given our 1st choice backup is made out of quavers

I was surprised at the time that Jesse was bringing Rodrigo on with a three goal lead. He has both Joseph and Perkins available. Why risk injury??? And now it seems to have come to pass. This is 100% on JM. Just more poor game and situation management.

I honestly think Jesse is out of his depth. He needs to prove now that he isn't.....

He might be Swannie. And he certainly has much to prove!

We don't know if Rodrigo was agitating on the bench to get in the game. That does happen. My point is that it was Marsch's job to be the Gaffer and keep him there. There was no need to risk him.
