Not imagining it then.

He genuinely does and non LUFC fans see it.

Great servant but time has been up for some time.

Some people just make up stats to prove their argument. 74.9% of people know that.

Been saying for years he is a poor 1v1 defender

Now he doesn't have the pace to get back after he is beaten the 1st time.

Of the pair Kristensen looks the better defender to me, certainly in 1v1s

Agreed. Thought he did alright and a definite improvement over Rasmus. Maybe the sitting did him good and he’ll play above par from here on out.

I think it depends on the opponent. Some will turn him inside out. But he's good against 70% of the league. Still our best RB. Although I think trusting Drameh with a run of games would have had a tremendous impact.

Ayling was getting a real hard time on twitter, wasn't sure why (he was bad but so was basically everyone).

It seems to stem from this.

At the end of the match the players went over to the fans and understandably weren't greeted warmly.

Some think Ayling said to Rodrigo "f**k them off".

It could be that undoubtably having looked at the video.

But surely not?

Judge for yourself

CJAY looking at the video what could it undoubtedly be ?

There is nothing in that video to hang your hat on, drama attention grab again from you.

We all know Ayling is a poor defender, but so is Rasmus. Ayling offers something going forwards, Rasmus has turned into Firpo and withdrawn into his shell. Or it could be instructions to not venture forward - who knows. But we are more likely to be on the front foot with Ayling starting at RB.

Bloody hell some people will go to any length to hang our players out to dry.

Suggest he did something wrong and then in the absence of proof of the opposite hang pronounce him guilty.

Saddest part is that it has come from some who purport to support the club.

Might be better if we dropped a division to give these s**t heads something else to do as they wont be around

I didnt attack him on social media for it, just posted it here

It was getting a lot of attention yesterday so I posted

I won't in future :ok:

Someone posting that (not Cjay) and saying 'Ayling said.....' is just stirring trouble. I'm getting sick of people trying to whip up toxicity ( not the folk on here by the way), but malicious people on tweeterland trying to get a reaction. And oh boy are they. Reminds me of the wall to wall condemnation of Bielsa through Spygate. Every Tom Dick and football manager, pundit reporter you name it laid into him. Loads of people just love to post stuff to get a reaction. Now it's the turn of Leeds United Football Club...I admit, an easy target at the moment!

What he may or may not have said is irrelevant

And at the time I was focused on other players being at fault (like McKennie and Harrison).

But wtf is Ayling doing?

Walking back

His man for a start is Ryan Christie (Bournemouth 10) who ends up in the six yard box with Ayling no where near.

Makes it worse is from where Ayling is he can see Lerma long before the shot, does he do anything? No

Walking on a pitch as Vice Captain ffs

Sums the state of this club up

We need to ship so many of this lot out and Ayling is one.

Pathetic
