Not done those yet... the friend that put me onto it said the David Coverdale one was quite funny, though.
Listened to Ian Anderson today. Surprised me that he said he's shy and anti-social to the extent of having no friends, and hating social gatherings and shared meals.
I'm slightly ambivalent about listening to some of them, because it's demythologising some of my early heroes.
I listened to the two programmes where there talk to Harvey Goldsmith today (I think they’re the last two episodes).
There’s someone who’s lived a really interesting life. A good listen.
King Hannah - Tell Me Your Mind And I'll Tell You Mine
Emma Ruth Rundle - Marked For Death
Gabor Szabo - Dreams
Siousxie - Juju
Hold Steady - The Price Of Progress
Keef R - Crosseyed Heart
Larkin Poe - Blood Harmony
Lullaby Arkestra - Ampgrave
Still Corners - Slow Air
Tool - Lateralus
Satie - Gymnopedies and other rare works

That title makes me smile.
Trois Gymnopedies is a very famous, beautiful piece of work from Erik Satie.
Balance And Composure - 'The Things We Think We're Missing'
The Sensational Saints - 'You Won't Believe It'
Pat Dam Smyth - 'The Last King'
........and a daily dose of Sabbath - 'Heaven & Hell'
The HS - ODP, love this album
Placebo's best - Meds ..
Acid King - Beyond Vision
Emma Ruth Rundle - EG1 ....
Miranda Sex Garden - Carnival of Souls
R.E.O - Two
Ruts DC - Rhythm Collision

Saw James, on their Orchestral Tour last night at St. David’s Hall in Cardiff. A far better venue than the ‘big shed’ Motorpoint Arena where they were last time.
A full stage, with all those bodies !
A request at the beginning from Tim B. for no phones/pictures/recording during the show, which I didn’t see anyone ignoring, which was good.

It was an observation, not a criticism... those things feed back like buggery unless you fill them with old tee shirts and stuff. It's really grown on me; now I've listened to it multiple times I think she's a really good songwriter, and I love her weird voice.
Bought tickets for the November Manchester gig. The June one is sold out, and I prefer Band On The Wall anyway. Don't dawdle if you want to see them in Bristol...
It was a tongue in cheek gentle jibe. Gald you like them.

Yes, another great recommendation, thank you. Can even see where you're coming from with the Sparklehorse comparison now, in the low-key country tinged stuff.
There's still something else ....
