You never give any analysis or reasons, you just throw comments out Sherlock.
You any idea tactically where we're going wrong, or what was wrong today ?

Still time for the Saudis to bid for Bamfraud
He's not getting a game while Piroe is fit, and his wages are too high.

Kenny he doesn't reply to questions when he has been proved wrong with some of his posts.
He said earlier this week that if Willy played today there would be hell to pay after what he did. Well Willy did play and as far as i know not a thing happened. When i asked him about that he tried to fob me off by saying he is playing to get away, or some sort of s**t answer like that.

I still sometimes have a hard time discerning what comes down to set-up/strategy vs. what we sometimes call in the states "imposing your will on the other team." Maybe their were elements of both today?Cjay wrote: ↑Sat Aug 26, 2023 4:26 pm Not set us up totally different to how he usually does.
Counter attacking isnt his way, isnt defensively good enough as a coach for it hence why Ipswich got at us and had 20 shots.
Not pressing much with the highline meant Ipswich could get in over the top easily as they did many times
Glad we won
But stand by what i said
We need to go back to the possession based style

Ball over the top was the ruination of Bielsa... long ball out to the wings and a cut back into the box and a certain goal for the opposition... it was like deja vu.

What a blanket statement.
Go on then, give us a clue, where's he got it all TOTALLY wrong ?

Re: Ipswich Town v Leeds United Match Thread
We had two possession based teams today so something has to give. I thought we tried to take the heat out of the game and sit back a bit too much once we had the third. Which is what I thought CJay meant when he posted Farke was getting it tactically wrongAcrossThePondAsh wrote: ↑Sat Aug 26, 2023 4:52 pm I still sometimes have a hard time discerning what comes down to set-up/strategy vs. what we sometimes call in the states "imposing your will on the other team." More of that German steel DF mentions from time to time in his pressersWhite Riot wrote: ↑Sat Aug 26, 2023 4:46 pm Yeah, it's tough on Cody as he was out of position. But that lazy back pass cost us a goal
Credit to Farke.
He has a lot of work to do to sort out our defence, it's still all over the shop.
I do hate the missed opportunity for, Cody. Know injuries have limited his playing time so far. Now for DF to put on his man-management hat so Drameh's confidence doesn't take too hard a hit.

Performance wasn't good Cussie, it was considering though, if you mean that.

Haven't seen Cody's error yet, so difficult for me to make a comment.White Riot wrote: ↑Sat Aug 26, 2023 4:46 pm Yeah, it's tough on Cody as he was out of position. But that lazy back pass cost us a goal

So was Drameh on for less than twenty minutes, was he injured or withdrawn.
I shall have to a word with Daniel with regard to not starting Shacks
