Ijust feel disappointed, we have a lot of members, and a lot of regulars who vent there spleen on a daily basis, so what better place to vent it than on the ref ?
I know where MTC is coming from, maybe it's time to start something new, I'm all for running something new if anybody has any ideas.
I did put a stat up last week with the votes we have, it aint tworth it unless folk contribute.

Couldn't agree more, Mental.

Thank you for all your efforts, mate,

I'm surprised we have members on here whom don't even discuss Leeds United :o

Another Sunday League standard referee but it seems that's the best you can hope for in the Championship.

Bang average 4/10 and bordering on inept at times as shown by the sending off of the QPR goalkeeper.

Apologies for not responding sooner. It's been a very busy week.*

Up until the moment of the Bamford incident I thought he was doing a great job.

At first blush I thought the Bamford thing was a straight red. Then I saw the replay that looked as though there was no contact. But upon further review, the way the goalie came in with his studs up around Bamford's midsection, with no attempt at all to play the ball.....I still think the red was warranted.

8/10

* On the upside, my academic department's tenure and promotion committee voted to grant me tenure. Now I just need the college-level committee to vote my way and I'm home free.

Bristol City

Keith Stroud referee versus Bristol City showed it 's not that difficult to referee games at this level.

Didn't get everything right I'm sure but still had a good game.

I found him a bit fussy, but that’s the rules he is a abiding to, rather than him as an individual ref.

Keith Stroud (Bristol game) with an average of 7.3 is the second best ref, as rated on here so far, it means little though, he only had 6 votes.
First choice is still Josh Smith (Cardiff game) average of 7.8 (11 votes)

The game hasn't been played yet, but I rate the ref a 3/10. Horrible performance.

I may adjust this rating tomorrow, but I doubt it.

I only saw the second half but wasn’t particularly impressed. Seemed to get a lot of decisions wrong, including giving them a free kick in a dangerous area for a supposed fowl by Gray, when it was clear that the Norwich player simply just slipped. Good save by Meslier in the end, but stupid decisions like that can really affect results. Also where did 8 minutes injury time come from? 4/10

Eight minutes stoppage from three goals, some injury time, and a bunch of substitutes. Wasn't surprised when that number came up; I expected at least six.

Think he did okay. One badly blown call that almost resulted in a Norwich goal, but pretty consistent and got the large majority of the major decisions correct.

5/10 from me
I've no idea where 8 mins came from, 5 at most, thought the ref was petty on a number of occasions.

Like others, the 8 minutes injury time surprised me.

7 substitutions = 3.5 minutes
Time-wasting = 1.5 minutes

Five minutes, as you say, Mental.

Also missed a few fouls & gave some petty ones too!
