If Bamford gets a ban the world has gone crazy.

If you put the do you/don’t you like or want Bamford argument to one side this becomes more about the principle to me. If he is banned then that’s permission for all keepers to king fu opposing players as long as you don’t make contact.
Chelsea keeper attempted to knock Ayling's head off last season, and remained on the pitch.

Begovic was careless at the very least so on that score I'm surprised he was saved from a ban.

Depends though what the ref sent him off for? Was it the act or the consequence? Did he send him off because he felt Begovic acted dangerously or because he genuinely believed Bamford got caught.

If its the latter that was always going to get rescinded.

As for Paddy it depends largely on what he said imo, we can all see no contact, if he said that to the ref and the ref sent Begovic off for the act then can't see why it would be rescinded?

What I can't remember is did Bamford feign injury? Is it possible he did say he got caught? That may see him in trouble.

Paddy bounces up like somebody’s pinched his beer, so no he doesn’t feign injury. If that’s Salah or Bruno then they’d still be dizzy from rolling around.

Wonder what this means for Paddy
Well it shouldn't really mean anything for him, the powers that be are only saying there was no contact, not that bamford deliberately conned the ref, thats how I see things.
As OB correctly says, if it had been salah or fernandive the goalie would have got another game for complaining, the world hasn't gone mad, it's just corrupt for interpretation of how they want it to appear.
Funny how there's no mention of the studs up challenge making bamford evade potential hospital treatment !!

It could be that DF starts using PB when fully fit, to show Piroe what he wants from him in the lone role, the only trouble being, he's more of a poacher.

QPR (h)

Good
2 runs
1 cross
4 decent passes
2 held-up the ball
1 shot saved
1 nice turn
1 excellent headed pass
1 tackle
1 defensive clearance

Bad
1 poor free-kick
1 poor pass

Summary
Paddy produced more in 30 minutes than Piroe did in 65 minutes. Bamford looked sharp & his movement is far more agile than our £14m summer signing, shame we can't roll Paddy's effort & Piroe's goals into one. Admittedly, Piroe is playing as a number 10 as Farke explained in his press conference today.

When I first saw it (like the ref) I was sure it was a red card. After seeing the replay I was sure that Bamford dived.
But after seeing the pictures of the attack on his knee by the goalie I'm now saying that he did dive BUT he had to to avoid a potentially long term injury.
So as it turns out I think the ref was right and it was a red card and they have made a mistake by rescinding it. Bamford will probably now get punished for deceiving the ref when he was only protecting himself.

Norwich City (h)

Good
3 decent passes
2 runs
1 shot saved
1 nice turn
1 excellent headed pass
1 defensive header

Bad
2 lost possession
1 poor pass

Summary
Seems to be finding his feet again, Paddy needs a goal

That's more on the team and farke for me. No way he should have been allowed to take that penalty for lots of reasons. Hasn't summerville scored a few for us?

Players miss penalties every week, it happens, it’s the ‘ I don’t give a f**k’ that boils my piss.

I swear I saw him smiling after he’d blazed that ball in Row Z.

In the 21's? Not sure. Thought Joffy was our 21's pen taker when he and Cry were ripping it up
