I swear I saw him smiling after he’d blazed that ball in Row Z.
He's missed 3 in a row though. How many more times is he going to cost us? Especially when there's better options already.

Thanks SH, and I wasn't being pedantic either, if he did touch it again, and I don't doubt you, it was so ineffective I honestly didn't notice.

Did bamfraud touch the ball after he missed from 12 yards AGAIN!!
His average is 1 goal in 3 pens.

He's not confident enough to step up to the moment because his form has been low.

Exactly, so wtf is he allowed to pick the ball up, turn his back on a teammate and miss again and again and again, surely this self serving prick has to let someone else take it.

But he still takes it over others, even when he knows he'll miss. So much for "side before self".

I think because he won the penalty, granted I didn't see anyone else throw their hands up or grab the ball, but he's not done himself any favours, having said that had he scored... different story.

My concern really is that he missed a tap in and we still can not defend set pieces.

I wouldn’t read too much into that tbh. It’s a sign of embarrassment to me. Sometimes something is so bad you just smile.

He grabbed it off Rodrigo against Newcastle, even though he said he knew he'd miss after.

I bet he was thinking 'here we go again with the abusive threats'.

I'm more concerned about our defending tbf.

I’ve just watched it back, he’s definitely smiling. He’s f**king done for me, absolutely f**king done.

I know, there was the clever flick for Summerville's blocked shot...

Bamford has missed penalties for 4 different Leeds managers.

That is some record.

Been done for me...hard to see any positives in his performances. As someone else already mentioned, shouldn't come near the pitch unless it's as a sub when we've got the match well in hand.

Really begs the question, why is he still allowed to take them

I genuinely think Paddy hates it here, hates the fanbase and is only concerned with himself and being able to give it large to his doubters.

The personal abuse his family have taken is a disgrace and has ruined a once positive relationship

But my god he should have left for all our sakes in the summer.

Think his entire career is basically about proving he isn't just some posh boy.

He is absolutely shot mentally and has tunnel vision where every scenario is geared towards himself.

I’ve literally argued with those around me at ER, my friends, in his defence.

Not any more, I’m finished with him. He’s smirking after missing a penalty, almost laughing, taking the piss out of the fans.

He'd have to take a huge pay cut to leave, as even the Saudis wouldn't want him. But he won't, so will continue to fleece us and mug us off for another 3 years.
