Watching the replay of Dan's goal and Firpo's cross was right on the money.

Actually not, he has a number of in box goal blocks and last ditch tackles. His weakness is lack of pace so if he does get caught upfield he can't get back and looks like he's in no man's land but that's not his fault, the CB should cover if we're playing wing backs..

Oh come now, Kenny.
You know Farke succeeds in spite of himself, not because of himself.

So far this season, Paddy has usually been thrown on when we are behind and the opposition have 10 behind the ball, so he’s getting no joy as we pass, pass, pass from side to side.
Also, he’s able to make striker-type of runs without getting in our other strikers way which has been the case when he’s been a sub.

Just watched the goal and good attempts highlights. Georgi involved in every single one of them.
He is the number 10 we've been asking for. Not Piroe.
I know its only Brum, so I'm not getting carried away, but I don't see Piroe getting back any time soon.

Definitely looked that way on the replay, SH. Not his usual vim and vigor. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Mon Jan 01, 2024 3:58 pm Couple of recent goals he's missed tackles, and there allowing the forward to get a shot off which KK saved, not sure if it's fear of giving away a pen but he's pulling his punches..

Squad just looks more balanced with this lineup. Players playing in their more natural roles. There’s some slight hiccups in midfield with Kamara and Amps, but time should cure that.

Nice layoff by Paddy but Firpo's run cut short.
