Enjoy your holiday, Rich.

It certainly is, Rich

That could be our last holiday in St Ives :( as the parking is horrendous, cost us fortune, last time.

Mousehole

Mousehole, birthplace of my mother , now almost exclusively taken over by part time. second home residents. (Like many coastal villages). Should never have been allowed. Tis Mowzel no longer.

I.m off to The Algarve next week for 10 days and ,after the summer we've had, very much needed.

We get the Cornish Riviera night train from Paddington on the Friday night and wake up for breakfast on the train just before St Erth, you don’t loose a day of your hols that way and we just get an all day ticket for the bus if we decide to travel anywhere. Plus the train fares are ok if you do nearby places such as Hayle or Penzance etc.

My next holiday will be to the local loony bin if this year gets any worse.
