But those you're referring to have been development projects, no? We won't be able to replace these three and what they brought to our team this summer. Just don't see that happening. As I said, I made peace with losing Cry and Archie, even though those were awful, but who is out there to replace Geo right now? Again, not rhetorical, serious question. That can do what he does and how he does it? And, yes, he's not perfect but he's got that intangible thing that brings a spark to this team. Difficult to impossible to replicate.
No chance of replacing that type quality in the championship.
49ers are asset stripping. Money is their goal, not promotion!

No idea how to embed tweets but Florian Plettenburg has broken the news that Georgi has agreed terms. Medical in next 72 hours. FFS

Why would they pay £150m to want to remain in the Championship? You have to remember it's a near on league record fee and we made a profit on our record signing. Not a bad deal for us. Despite all the doom and gloom, Bamfraud scored more goals last season.
The squad and by extension the club are built on sand - we only really have players as an asset and ours don’t really belong to us when we have these stupid clauses, just leased really.
The 49ers are forced to sit there, grim faced playing this giant game of kerplunk hoping the next straw removed at gunpoint isn’t the one to finish us off - I think Geo just might be

Not development projects. Pablo was £1m and he was on another level.

True - but I was referring to youngsters. We don't have that kind of time if we're looking for instant impact. I'm not sure of who is out there right now that can step in and replicate Georgi for us. I'm truly curious about what the 49ers and DF will do.

Would like to know Farkes thoughts on this.
He’s having the rug pulled out from under his feet atm. Maybe he’ll walk.
you realise he was at norwich for a long time, who regularly sell their best players every year, right? absolutely no way he walks, fired maybe if results continue to be so bad
