Bogle can also take some blame for their equaliser for kicking one of their players in the air, conceding a needless free-kick that led to the goal & yet another pointless yellow card.

A bit more compsure from Aaronson & Bogle & the Meslier mistake is immaterial.

This is true Ash.
You know keepers tend to get their whole body behind the ball. That way if it hits their torso it tends to bounce downwards and they smother it but watch Mesliers movement that is clearly to his left. Therefore any ball movement, even a smidge, will beat him

Imo, I honestly worse than what Meslier done which happens to every goalkeeper at some point in there life,he must learn from that mistake.I think aaronson is worse than Meslier he cannot tackle for his life and very rarely win the ball back which will cost us more over the season than what Meslier did,I am not sure how much aaronson is doing us any favours whatsoever.

I mean we castigate Meslier (quite rightly) but 3 or 4 grown men cant stop a cross apparently and then a few others cant clear it. Maybe if people do their jobs then the Meslier calamity is null and void
Indeed Jay.

Watched a replay of the match, it was Struijk & Firpo who went to close their winger down without getting a block in, Rodon would have stopped the cross instantly.

Then more fiasco in our box with two of their players unmarked, including Rigg who started the move & was allowed to run from deep without anyone picking him up. Meanwhile, every defender including our two centre-mids stood there ball-watching. I shall deduct all of them a point in my ratings, only Meslier comes out of that fiasco unscathed.

How many points does everyone deduct Meslier in the player ratings for his horrendous error?

Didn't realise watching the game live how many poor errors we made as a collective team.

128 good pieces of play.

60 errors.

Aaronson should have sealed the game for us in the 93rd minute, a truly woeful shot.

Brenden seems to rush things at times, needs to show more composure.

I've said that a few times. Most notably when he's running with the ball and his feet just seem to be dancing at a 100 mph. Can be scary for defenders. But the opposition scouts are probably figuring him out too. Which may explain why he;s losing the ball more than he was in the first few games.

10 from Bogle
5 from Firpo
Notable stat. I did not notice that with Bogle.

I scored him 1 because of the terrible error. But added a point for the save he made prior to their first goal.

Beats himself at times.

Not decrying Brenden as he's had a decent season.

Rodon's error against Norwich to concede the penalty plus Meslier on Friday means two individual errors have cost is 4 points.

Hopefully no one is blaming Farke for us not being Top 2.

I don't think Rodon cost us 2 points against Norwich.. Mes definitely cost us 2 points v Sunderland

It was still an error in judgement which led to a penalty against us and a goal conceded, which as it turned out meant we drew the game instead of winning it 1-0.

Better ? :)
