People and opinions (that's onions + pi = mathematical vegetable or 3.14 tears :P
I've been here a couple of years (maybe 3, I'm not sure). Anyway, forums... People disagree. It's why Forums exist: for us to talk about our differences (of opinion) but not to fall out. Anyway: fallouts! I've had mine. I had mine before I came here and I've had mine here. I've had fallouts that made me leave (but at the wrong time). Example: I paid £20 to become a subscriber of this forum then I fell out with someone and I left for a while (apparently a year as the next sentence will prove).
So, I eventually came back. And what happened? I got an email politely asking if I'd like to re-subscribe as a contributor (which I did btw: bragging rights ans 5h1t) So, because of a comment or 2 that upset me, I wasted 20 quid. Well I dint cos it helped this page! Which gets me back to the topic of this post.
I just found out Kenny and Sara have left this palce. That upsets me and pi55es me off. Kenny is a PITA sometimes but: so am I. And I'm sure everyone her pi%%e% somebody off at some point. I am going to miss Kenny (and trust me: I am not his bigest fan. And I will miss Sara heaps.
So (and I'm venting spleen). Can I just ask that no matter what: we never know why a person is the way thay are. Maybe they are suffering inside. Maybe they are dealing wqith some bad 5h1t. Or maybe they are just a CLINT. But, (that's a fkn comma after a but and I was warned not to do that) but, let's just take a breath and realise, whan a poster writes something on here, there intention is not to come online and start a war.
Thast's all I've got (I'm a bit drunk). I know one thing: Jesus love you! Oh, and Leeds are going up (one or two of those are correct) x
PS: I'm not checking this for spelling or grammatical mistakes (so fluff you weasel)

Kenny was banned because he deserved it for his narcissistic, weird and crucially threatening behaviour.
He deserved his ban I'd imagine just like the other 3 or 4 forums he's banned from (tiznt a coincidence)
Don't know about Sara

That's fair enough! If he deserved it there is no argument. There have been times where I thought if we were in the same room, I'd have ended up fighting. I was not here when he got banned so I can add nothing.
And Sara: if she left because of mods/admin, I can't say. I've had my fair share of fallouts with mods. Not here but elsewhere. It happens. Sara is a big miss here AFAIAC...
Opinions: they hurt more than they oughta...

It became clear he was more trouble in private messages than he even was on the forum.
Fully deserved.
I don't know about Sara can't comment.

Sara left, wasn't banned. Maybe didn't make that clear Victor, I apologise if I didn't. But she felt she had no choice.
For me one of the best posters here not least as we had similar music likes and dislikes. She also helped me with through mental health issues which I will be eternally grateful for

This is exactly what I was talking about on the post I made about people and opinions! If we can see beyond our own problems, we can maybe realise that regardless of our own thoughts, every member of a group is important (even Kenny) in some way. Even the negative posters trigger something positive in us sometimes. We all matter...

Sara was going off her rocker a bit towards the end. Kept complaining about the format of the match day forums then getting bent up because the mods weren't agreeing with her. She was a bit out of order in my opinion. The mods put a lot of work into this site. They don't get thanked and appreciated enough for what they do. My opinion is, let them do what they do. And the rest of us get to enjoy it.The Subhuman wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2024 10:13 pm Sara left, wasn't banned. Maybe didn't make that clear Victor, I apologise if I didn't. I'm not sure if there was more to the story. But that was the drama I noticed before she left.

Totally agree AJS.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Fri Oct 11, 2024 12:47 am Sara was going off her rocker a bit towards the end. Sarah complained to the mods about one of Mental Case's posts if I remember correctly, it wasn't upheld so she left the forum.
To be honest, it was one of many arguments she was involved in on here and probably best for all concerned that she left.
As for Kenny, several people on here claiming they 'miss' him. Well they wouldn't be saying that if they been subjected to the abuse and veiled threats that others on here have.

Thank you Andrew & Chilli.

So, is Kenny permanently banned then?
I'm not up to speed on what happened here.
Btw.....Was there a problem with the forum earlier today? It wouldn't let me log in.

Blimey mate, you've mentioned mental health issues, I didn't realise yours were so severe. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Thu Oct 10, 2024 10:13 pm

Yes, Kenny is banned.
There have been login issues since the weekend, hopefully all resolved now, Rook.

Indeed Chilli.
It's scary how one can hold someone in such esteem without knowing their true behaviour issues.

A lot of men suffer in silence about their mental health. Apparently suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35 & the biggest killer of men under 50. Those are scary statistics so if Sara helped SH in any way my hat is off to her.

Nice work, friendship & understanding from Sara.
